Benefits of the Support Scheme to Companies  

The Support Scheme provides the following support for eligible local digital entertainment companies to recruit and train fresh graduates:
  • Access to an online platform with database of CVs and e-portfolios of applying graduates from related disciplines for companies’ easier reference;
  • A monthly subsidy of HK$5,300 (up to 12 months) sponsored by CreateSmart Initiative (CSI) of Create Hong Kong for every graduate employed under the Support Scheme ; and
  • Series of orientation programs provided by the Organizer, including an awareness program with career talks for applying graduates to enhance their understanding of the prospects of working in the fast growing digital entertainment industry, and CEO/ Master talks for graduate employees to update them on latest trends, working skills and knowledge about the industry.
